What Is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is a one-on-one conversation between you and a qualified Indigenous or culturally informed mental health therapist. This is your safe space to talk about anything—your thoughts, your struggles, your healing, your story.

Sessions are private, non-judgmental, and completely centered around your needs. Whether you’re dealing with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity challenges, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here to walk with you—at your pace.

If you have a valid Status Card (First Nations or Inuit), your sessions are 100% covered under the NIHB Mental Health Counselling Benefit.
